You’ll receive a personalized daily kriyā-based sādhanā — a breath-and-movement practice crafted uniquely for your body, mind, and intention. Paired with mushroom microdosing, this practice becomes a powerful ritual for softening patterns, opening awareness, and creating new neural pathways.
